As a bass player, I learned to play by ear; able to compose my own melodies as well as to follow someone's lead.

In much the same way, that is how this drawing was created; neither randomly nor pre-meditated, but instead, composed by feeling (or intuition)... like a melody.

Each detail then, like a note, simply followed the previous one in a seamless arc, as extensions of the same expression, rising to a crescendo, before diminishing into a quiet conclusion.
